Self serve or served on…
In Finnish cultural it is normal to serve yourself.
One could think the rest of the world is the same so thats how you should treat all your clients?
No not really…
For example in German culture the norm is to be served.. Therefore you may feel you are doing a great job leaving the client to seek out whatever they need. In fact it could be helpful to ask is there anything they may need..
A small bit important tip to keep your clients happy.
